The delivery note accompanying the sample
should give the address and company details of
the sender, the sample name / reference and the
tests required (e.g. PET / TMPh1). Any details
regarding the types and quantities of preservatives
used will help us to optimise this test for you.
Samples received by the Tuesday of any week can
be tested in that week.

Full results of the recovery of each organism at
each time point will be given along with a pass / fail
result relating to the criteria of the European
Pharmacopoeia.
An early warning by telephone or email is given if
a product is failing to meet its specification prior
to the completion of the test.
