Testing is normally commenced on the day that the
samples are received.
The delivery note accompanying the sample
should give the address and company details of
the sender, the sample name / reference and the
tests required (e.g. TMMCS1).

| Reporting |
Written reports are provided on completion of the
test. These results will be given as the number
of bacteria / yeasts / moulds per g of product.
Additionally basic identifcations of contaminating
isloates will be given.
An early warning by telephone or email is given if
a product is failing to meet its specification prior
to the completion of the test.
