| Information Required |
1) If yours is a licensed product we will require a
microbiological specification for the product and
a statement as to whether or not method validation
is required.
2) The address and company details of the
sender, the sample name / reference and the
tests required (e.g. TMPh5).

Testing is normally commenced on the day that the
samples are received.

| Reporting |
Written reports are provided on completion of the
test. These can be sent as a paper copy, email
or fax as you require. These results will be given
as the number of bacteria / yeasts / moulds
per g of product.
Additionally basic identifcations of contaminating
isloates will be given.
An early warning by telephone or email is given if
a product is failing to meet its specification prior
to the completion of the test.
