Total Viable Count
(also called TVC, TVAC, bioburden, Bacteria, Yeast and Mould count)
This test determines the total number of bacteria, yeasts and moulds in your product, so you can have assurance that your product is of the appropriate quality and that your processes are in control.
You will receive a result that is given as the number of organisms per g of your product.
Additionally we are able to test your product for the presence of pathogenic bacteria (e.g. E coli, S aureus, Ps aeruginosa and C albicans), technical details for this are given here.
