We are looking for a full-time Technical Assistant to join our laboratory team.
No specific experience is necessary as full training will be given. This role would be a great opportunity for a recent graduate in Biological Sciences or a similar discipline, however other candidates would be considered.
Briefly, the role includes
- Receiving and logging in of samples
- Testing of samples for microbial content (total count and pathogens)
- Performance of Preservative Efficacy Testing
- Validation of test methods
- Preparation and handling of microbial cultures
- Operation of laboratory equipment
- Media preparation
